Thank you for using Qingsong Drawing (the “App”). We understand the importance of protecting your personal information. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, stored, and protected.

1. Information We Collect

  1. Data you create: Your drawings, layers, text content, and canvas settings are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or save them to any server.
  2. Device and statistics information: To improve product quality and user experience, the App integrates the Umeng+ analytics SDK, which may collect anonymous statistics such as device model, operating system version, network type, and app usage. This information is used only for crash analysis, usage statistics, and product improvement, and does not include identifiable personal information such as your name, phone number, or email address.
  3. Log information: Necessary log information may be generated while the App runs, to help diagnose crashes and performance issues.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the information above to:

  1. Provide core features such as drawing, editing, saving, and sharing;
  2. Analyze app usage and crash logs to improve the product experience;
  3. Keep the App secure and stable.

3. Permissions

To provide our services, the App may request the following permissions:

  1. Storage (read/write external storage): to save your works and import/export images;
  2. Media images: to import image materials;
  3. Internet and network state: to check for updates and download templates and guide files;
  4. Wi-Fi state: to determine the network environment;
  5. Vibration: to provide haptic feedback while drawing.

You can revoke these permissions at any time in the system settings. Some features may not work after revocation, but your saved local works will not be affected.

4. Third-Party SDKs

  1. Umeng+ analytics SDK: used for statistics and crash analysis; it may collect device information and usage behavior data. See the official Umeng privacy policy for details.
  2. The App does not sell your personal information to any third party.
  3. Compliance note: The App initializes the analytics SDK and starts collecting information only after you agree to this Privacy Policy. Nothing is collected or reported before consent.

5. Storage and Security

  1. Your works are stored locally on your device by default and are not uploaded to the cloud;
  2. We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect information security;
  3. If online services such as cloud sync are provided in the future, we will obtain your separate consent and update this policy.

6. Protection of Minors

The App is intended for general users. If you are a minor, please use the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

7. Your Rights

You may view, modify, or delete the works stored in the App at any time. Once the App or local data is deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you within the App. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
